In order to make this happen the Customer Care department was established. The Sofia Team was created a few months ago and now employs 16 international agents with Swedish, Dutch, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German.
We are currently looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Care Agent.
Job Description: In this role you’ll be responsible for handling contacts with customers through e-mail, phone calls or any other methods of direct contact that may be require. You’ll give answers to the clients’ questions and are responsible for resolving their problems. Your skills will be seen by potentially millions of gamers. You maintain a data base of customer’s complaints, identify and solve Customer’s problems through the use of the tools that are available to you.
Function requirements: In order to be considered you must be able to communicate freely in written and oral forms of Swedish and English.
